From one inch minimum O.D. to four inch O.D.max. from carbon and alloy steel. Presses from 150 to 800 tons. Net and near net parts.
Hot Press Forgings:
From ounces to 200 lbs. in carbon, alloy, stainless steel, brass, bronze and aluminum. Mechanical forging presses with electric induction heat.
Closed Die Hammer Forgings
Hot closed die power hammer forgings from ounces to 350 pounds. Maximum O.D. or length is 17 inches. Parts in carbon, alloy and stainless steel. Volumes from 25 pieces per year minimum up to 50,000 per year. An additional 30 drop hammers are available for added capability and capacity.
